Ella versus the Daemon

on April 13 2012, my daughter Ella was born.  Being a new dad sure does change you. It’s amazing.

Just prior to her birth, and just after I worked on a 30cm x 30cm canvas.

It is called “Ella vs the Daemon”

I have then scanned and edited it on my PC to give it full colour.

This artwork has a lot of emotional ties to it. My daughter is beautiful, healthy and happy. I am truly fortunate.

I just thought i’d show you a new canvas artwork i made.

Firstly I plasterd covered a canvas 30cm x 30cm to give it a fairly smooth finish.

Then i lightly ruled in a border shape to give me a basic outline.

Then using a fairly new brush pen i bought from jetpens i got down to business!

MuscularTeeth – has been a long standing artist lurking on the interwebs.

Finally he has got around to securing a domain name and setting up a dedicated web page.

This is the start for muscularteeth.com

There are so many various websites that has his artwork, that it will be nice to have one main point of reference for it all.
